Date Commenced: November 2008.
Completion Date: January 2010.
Status: Under Construction
Capacity: The building will accommodate a total of 200 students and consists of the following rooms:- 2x Lecture theaters each accommodating 50 students
- 4x Classroom each accommodating 25 students
- 4x Tutorial rooms
- 2x Computer Labs
- 1x Printing room
- 1x Staff Lounge and kitchenette
- 1x Lobby and Lounge
- Bathrooms
The building measures 22.9mx54.65m.

Progress Details:
So far most of the building has been roofed and we expect the entire building to be roofed by October 30. The building is also undergoing internal plaster at the moment. Installation of door frames and window frames is expected to start in the last week of October.
