| How long is a degree program? |
| All degree programs take four years to complete. Currently on offer are Bachelors Degrees in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, and Theology. Within the next two years, Northrise will offer Bachelors Degrees in Agriculture.

| Where are the lectures held? |
| The lectures are held at Caravelle House, the current university campus in Ndola, along Buteko Avenue, opposite the Savoy Hotel.

| What grading system does the University use? |
| Northrise uses a Grade Point Average (GPA) grading system.
GPA is calculated by dividing the total quality points earned by the total number of graded (A-F) Term credits attempted.

| Will I get exemptions or credit for courses that I have already done? |
| Students seeking to be exempted from a particular course are required to apply formally in writing and provide detailed information (such as subject descriptions, course content, subject outlines, and so on). The exemption will only be given after ascertaining that the course content and student results meet the University course requirements.

| Northrise University has an academic committee comprising of members from USA, Australia and Zambia which is responsible for all academic activities.

| Do you have boarding facilities? |
| Northrise University has boarding facilities on first come first serve basis to students. The dormitories are situated along the Ndola-Kitwe dual carriage way on NU's main campus location. See campus plan here.

| How Many students has NU graduated? |
| Since its inception in 2004, Northrise University has graduated about 90 students. The majority of our graduates have been from the Northrise Business School. Most of these have found jobs in the mining, financial services, telecommunications and IT sectors. Most of the students from the faculty of Theology are pastors or are involved in one form of ministry or another.
